In case of any dissatisfaction of our services, clients have the freedom to cancel their projects and place a request to refund from us.

For this reason, whenever our clients feel that the result isn’t unto the imprint or not up to your desires, they can consult with our Technical customer Service Team anytime. Our experts will definitely take care of your grievances and provide you better solution.

Thus, we always try to offer the best suitable solutions to our clients. In any case, if the client is not completely satisfied with our service, we agree to provide a refund within 30 days right from the assignment of the project. If the payments are being made through credit cards, refund will be issued only to the original credit card holder provided at the time of purchase. In case of Payment Gateway, payments refund will be made to the same Bank account. However, in any case,discount/substitution is made if the customer secures that the standard of administration conveyed isn’t sensible or not tastefully.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you have already an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

No refund will be made on dedicated servers, install fees for custom software, administrative fees or domain name purchases. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you become its owner and hence it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.

Taxes will not be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month. Conversely it might be probable to regain those directly from the government.
